Cecelia Olszewski
Cecelia Olszewski (age 19) is a composer, violinist, and pianist from Wallingford, Pennsylvania. Her works have been performed by members of the Philadelphia Orchestra and the International Contemporary Ensemble. In 2021, she released “] tenth muse”, a self-produced song cycle and concept album based on Sappho fragments. Her piece, “isolate” for solo oboe, aired on WRTI 90.1 FM in 2020. Cecelia is a director of global operations for the Back to Bach Project, a nonprofit organization making arts education accessible for young children. She is currently pursuing a B.M. in composition at the Northwestern University Bienen School of Music.
